Shoplifting, Tractor Supply Co., 2003 E. Tipton St., 9:50 a.m.
(who would want to steal something from Tractor Supply?)

Information concerning an orange road cone on top of a female's vehicle, 800 block West Fifth St., 8:48 a.m.
(She must not have boys...we always have orange road cones on our cars)
