They make me so mad! It takes forever to get online and they keep saying "We are so fast. We are the fastest online service." Blah blah blah. I want to walk in the room and it instantly be online! I know I have no patience.. so Dana..no need to write in and tell me "Patience Dear."

How to you find the time to get on the computer in the morning when your kids are still home?
maybe if you weren't answering and creating all those "quiz" emails the internet would be faster.
