Wow! I just love the half days of school! Nothing like some good old fighting right around 12:30 p.m. I like starting that earlier in the day. No fun to wait until 3:30 for all the good stuff. Plus I hear it is going to be raining too! Awesome! So then we get to sit inside too!

The Hills

Just got finished watching THE HILLS! I love that show! I love all the drama! So exciting! I am trying to stir up some of that drama here in Seymour but can't seem to do anything. All I can do is take paparazzi pictures of people at Sonic...dads sleeping at volleyball games...snapshots of my neighbors...etc. Hmmm....anyone have any ideas?

Good Monday Morning to all my Just Jill fans! HA (I know...there are probably only like five of you that read this...but I like saying FANS!). Went to pick up my children today at school and when Cole and I got to Redding we pulled in and waited patiently in line. A green Jeep comes up and cuts in fron of everyone in line! Backs up turns around and became first in line so he could be first to get out of there! I personally did not think this was fair and nothing that I would be proud of doing. So this is called "What Not to Do!"

Unreasonable request?

Question for you. When I was picking out a liner for the pool the other day...I told Kenny that I wanted something that nobody else had in Seymour. He just smiled and said, "O.k."...(he knows how I am so he totally understood)...so I finally picked out one and he said that it looks really nice in the pool. He said that it was his favorite one. So I said, "Oh you have used this one before then?" He said that he had. So I asked him to take it out of the book of samples and not to sell it to anyone else in Seymour. I told him it was kinda like a prom dress...do you remember when we went to pick out our prom dress and the local stores wrote it down and made sure that nobody else had the same dress? That's fair isn't it? Am I being unreasonable?

I have LOST my mind!

What a GREAT day! I was so bored yesterday but I had major activity today in Seymour! I looked all day for a "Not What To Wear" and found someone to post later. Lots of good pics and topics to post this evening. I might end up having to hire someone to drive me around town. You know how hard it is to get a great picture of someone...while driving...while texting...and putting straws in my kids drinks? Nothing scares me when I am driving but I was a bit overwhelmed while I spotted a "celebrity" in town! Can't wait to post!

O.k. I couldn't sleep last night thinking about my blog. I think I should have a thought of the day or something posted daily that really gives us something to ponder. Here is my first one!
Why are men so funny when it comes to gay guys? I mean...they have major issues with it. They act all freaked out if they think someone is gay or bisexual. BUT...they love it when girls are! They like that whole "girl on girl" stuff. If they truly don't have any "gay" genes then why such the uproar? Do you think they just don't want to admit that in their fantasies they might want to try something different?

Yes, I know that is not how he really spells his name but that is what my boys call him. I have another name for him...but I can't reveal it. It is just between me and him! :)
Anyway, he wanted me to explain what he was doing. He said that he was loading up his gun to shoot candy over to the Johnson kids. That is so not true. He was really trying to hurt us with golf balls! Can you believe that? And I thought he and his wife were in charge of this whole neighborhood watch. Saftey first. Be on the watchout. But why doesn't that pertain to him? Any comments?

Hmmm...first I want to comment on Karmen. Yes, you are probaby right about the cell phone thing. She does want one sooooo bad! She actually wants my old one cause she says she already knows how to use it and that way I don't have to feel bad about throwing it away or sending it somewhere. How thoughtful she is!
Pool shape is top secret at the moment! I will tell you that it is nothing like our old one. It is much bigger too! I went in last week to pick out the liner for it and asked Dana if he wanted to go too. He said that it was my project and I could handle it. He also said that if it was up to him ...the pool would be a boring rectangle and a plain blue liner. I want our backyard to have a resort feel to it. Yes will definitely need to fly in flowers/plants/trees from Hawaii! I did show Dana the liner I picked and he said he liked it. So then I said, "Well what color of patio furniture and cushions should we get?" He said, "With what you have picked out we won't have any money furniture." I guess everyone will have to sit on their cooler or bring their own lawn chair. We are only doing this once and it needs to be perfect. Who agrees with me???? I just really need a "theme" for out there.

Tonight I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life! I was eligible for a new cell phone and so I ran in to D.B.'s and thought I was just going to get the same phone that I already had...but get the upgrade version of it. So hard to decide! Karmen was excited with my purchase but Dana was not! He said, "There was nothing wrong with your phone. Why did you buy another one?" Karmen then said, "Oh Dad. You just don't understand. A girl needs accessories!" I almost cried. I have brought her up so well and could not be any more proud of her.

I am sitting here at the computer thinking about my next topic to write about. I feel a little guilty always writing about me, my kids, my husband...etc. You think I should have a blog a day that is just plain good advice or a very meaningful topic? You know...Like gas prices, grocery prices, Walgreens vs CVS sales, the economy, etc. OR should I just stick to things like how big my butt is getting, how awesome my new cell phone is, the best deal on Coach purses, whose celebrity baby is the cutest...etc.???

What would you do?

Remember the girl that I told you about in the grocery store today??? Well, I do know her and I just want some advice about her strange behavior. She did run over me, but I didn't want to hurt her feelings. Everywhere I go...she is there! She acts like she is talking on the phone but I can hear this "beep beep beep" on the other end. Trust me...she is so close to me that you can definitely hear it. She isn't talking to anyone on the phone. She just wants me to think that so it won't be so spooky. Should I confront her or just leave it alone? Also she had toilet paper hanging off the bottom of her shoe. It has really been bothering me but I didn't want to embarass her. Her husband is like a Kennedy in Seymour and with all of these cats that we have...sometimes we really need him around!

Lazy River!

I better pick a beautiful blue color for this HOT TOPIC! OMG! I had no idea that everyone knew about our lazy river! It was supposed to be top secret and I have NO idea how the word got out. We actually are going to be the first people in our state with a lazy river. Kenny Perry thought I was nuts but he finally is up for the challenge! Dana has to do most of the digging and even Calvin and Cole have been helping. Should be ready for the summer of 09! Donations are very much appreciated!

Grocery Store License

Don't you think that people should get a "grocery cart drivers license"? I was in the grocery store today and this lady ran right over my heels with her grocery cart! I couldn't believe it! PLUS...she was on the phone! Doesn't she know that she shouldn't be "driving" or pushing while on the phone? What do you think about this? Any opinions?
Of course...I am just teasing...cause I really like the lady that did this! :)

POOL Construction Time!

Well I thought I needed something to keep me busy and my mind off of Karmen when she is gone this summer...so what better way to do that than lounge around in a swimming pool! Dana thought maybe I could go to the library and get some books to read...but he never has any good ideas! Here is Day 1 of our pool project:

Hot Rod!

Daphne wants a new car. So she goes out one day and wrecks hers...hoping that maybe instead of fixing it she can just get a new one! She is very sneaky like that. Well her sweet husband, Andy, goes out and surprises her with a brand new one! How thoughtful of him! That is the real reason she stopped by last night...was just to rub it in my face! Last night we did end up having Peep ham sandwiches and we also had company! Mrs. Waskom (Daphne) and Caden stopped by after school so I offered them some Peeps. Caden was all for it! He wants to come back tonight for more!

Touch my body

As many of you know...Mariah Carey is one of my favorite singers! (since my puppy dog was named Mariah too.) Did you watch her sing last night at the The Hills Premiere? She has an amazing voice! Her skirt was a little on the short side though. She kept doing something weird with her legs. Did you notice?

The Hills is back!

So...how many of you watched The Hills last night??? I am so glad it is back on! First of all I must comment on Lauren. Her face looked a little different when she was at the Premiere Party. Like almost she was tired and they put something on her face to brighten her up or she had a really good facial. I can't really explain it. OR...maybe she had botox! She seemed a little nervous too. O.k. I was glad that she went to Paris, but I can't believe she was so disrespectable when it came to her first dress. She shouldn't have worn it out to the club and then everyone was smoking around her! Then she forgot to turn the curling iron off and it burnt the dress!!!!! She is a designer now...would she want someone to do that to her dress? Shame on your Lauren. I want to be on whatever Whitney is on. She is always so laid back and happy. :)
Heidi and Spencer. Can't figure you two out. I do know that Heidi is mad at Spencer for messing up her relationship with Lauren. You can really tell that she misses her and wants to be friends with her again. Everyone makes mistakes and why won't Lauren just get over it? She doesn't have to BFF's but she could at least be nice. I really wanted to see Brody's new girlfriend too. Maybe next Monday...

Thinking about Karmen going overseas makes me a little sick to my stomach as you all know. I get excited and then I don't. She is a lucky girl to be able to do this and she is very excited. I just wanted to give you all something to think about. The program that Karmen is a member of is called PEOPLE TO PEOPLE STUDENT AMBASSADOR. Of course this topic is leading to a celebrity issue that I have been thinking about. As we all know...Angelina Jolie is an Ambassador as so is every other celebrity. Have you noticed that? So they pick something they are passionate about and then become an ambassador. So I was thinking that I might become A Save the Goldfish ambassador. I will go to all the local fairs and save those poor little goldfish from going home in those plastic bags. It's always the dirty kids with snot running out of their noses that are carrying the goldfish around. Running around swinging those plastic bags. They either don't make it home alive or the parents flush them down the toilets! Help save the Goldfish!

I bet L.C. has fun checks! I am getting a little worried about things going to her head though. She was on the cover of US Weekly and she is always in the cool clubs...plus the show...plus her new clothing line...
Heidi probably has a picture of her and Spencer frolicking on the beach on her checks. Do you think they even have checkbooks? They probably have someone else paying their bills and don't even know how to write a check. This reminds me of a funny story...
O.k. do you know the commercials that show using your debit cards? I can't remember exactly which one it is..maybe Visa. Everyone is in line making purchases with their credit card and then there is a lady that comes up and gets out her checkbook and holds up the line...that is soooo me! I am always writing a check! I do feel like people get disgusted with me. What do you blog readers do? Write checks or use cards? If you had fun checks like me then you would want to whip out your checkbook too!

Didn't know what to title this one...some are very easy and some I have to really use my head for! I LOVE the Apprentice! Dana doesn't like it cause he does not like Donald Trump. What do you think about me sending the Paparazzi up to Edinburgh to the Calvin Klein store? I so needed that XL in the tshirt! I should ask them if there is a plus line on the internet. Do you all remember the scene when Julia Roberts goes back into that store just to flaunt her money to the snooty saleslady? I don't have any money to flaunt but I could find a Small shirt and wear it inside out so my SMALL tag was showing! I think I may need some professional help...my mind is going crazy and the kids are telling me that it is time for school. I will be back!

Did you all know that I am an expert on these new an upcoming fashion lines? Well o.k. not really but I must post my opinion. When she first said she was doing a clothing line she stated that it was going to be a mixture between her beach life and the city. It is not what I expected at all. Speaking of checks....
My checks are sooo cute! It does make writing bills so much more fun. How sad that some of you are getting the free plain tan checks from the bank. So sad. I switch mine up from box to box. It really takes me a whole afternoon to decide on which style I want. I have to put alot of thought into the whole process...what style font...do I want my phone number on there?...do I want my name on the top line or Dana's? Etc. etc. etc.

Bruce "Botox" Jenner

Whoever is my friend out there in cyberspace...you think way too much like me!!!!!!!! I was thinking the exact same thing about Bruce! He almost looks a little scary doesn't he? I think his gay stylist gave him some shots of Botox last night too. So not real!
So let's give it up for The Kardashians! They are all so beautiful! Khloe, Kourtney and Kim have the prettiest faces! Kim's booty is definitely the biggest though. Did you guys out there know that Kim and Paris are friends? Also (for those of you who are not with the program)...Kim is also the stepsister of Brody Jenner who was Lauren's boyfriend on The Hills. Isn't it amazing how they all mix together on these different shows. Which also explains why I saw L.C. hanging out with Nicole Richie one day! It all makes total sense now! My life can go on now!

I guess I don't buy those...not because I am not a true Peep fanatic but because I have had so much food from Thanksgiving and I know Christmas cookies, pies, etc. is coming soon also. Just Jill is watching Mtv right now. I LOVED Making the Band and tonight is the Season Finale! I have followed those girls from the very beginning! I just heard Danity Kane on the radio this week and I was so excited! I felt like I really knew them and was very proud. Have you heard their song "Damaged" ??? Damaged. Damaged. I really got to let you know...That is part of the song! I guess you have to hear it to get the real jist of things. Is jist a word? I will try doing spellcheck and see if it brings it up. I LOVE P.Diddy! I don't know which name I like best. He is always changing it and it makes me confused a little. They guy on Mtv just called him "Diddy"...with no P. in front of it. I feel like if Iam singing then I like to call him Puff Daddy or P.Diddy but if I am walking the runway during Fashion Week then I like his Sean John Combs name. So much to think about. If I were to change my name I think I like J.Jo or JillG. I don't know where that came from but say it with me..."JillG." Sounds kinda good don't ya think?

Peep Show!

First of all I want to say "Thank you so much for all the great replies!" I was sooo excited to read all of them! I have sooo much to talk about now! I must comment on the PEEPS! GIVE IT UP FOR THE PEEPS! I just heard that saying on Mtv! I am not really that cool to say that! I mean I explained the word "sick"...and what that really meant for all of you "non-cool" people out there. HA

Peeps...my love for Peeps go way back. They used to only make pink and yellow bunnies and chicks but now they are out for every holiday. Easter is still the most popular and really mean the most to me. The Easter bunny color-coordinated the Peeps this year for my kids Easter baskets. Calvin got blue chicks, Cole green chicks and Karmen pink chicks. They also all received a big package of yellow bunnies. A couple of years ago..I think I gained at least 10lbs. at Easter and they were all Peep Pounds. There is also a website for Peep Freaks like me! www.peepsfreak.com or www.marshmallowpeeps.com. You can join their fan club. Oh please don't type in www.peepfreak.com or www.peakshow.com cause you will get a different version of "peeps"!
Good idea on freezing the Peeps! I think tomorrow we are having Peep burgers, smashed Peep taters, pink Peep lemonade and maybe just Peeps for dessert. I must say...thank you to my friend that gave me a Peep tshirt, hat, and Peeps for Easter one year! I do buy Peep orange pumpkins for Halloween but I don't buy the Peep green Christmas trees for some reason. Does anyone know if they make green St. Patricks Day Peeps? Guess what I just found out?? They made Peep tulips this year! Seymour is so behind that only the big cities probably received them. I can actually tell a difference in the colors. O.k. my head is spinning so I am going to go on to my next topic. Have a peeping good night!

I hate it at first cause I think "what in the world are we going to do at home all week?"...but then I get used to them being at home and there is a little tiny bit of me that is going to miss them. Then Monday will hit and I will be over it. For all of you that went somewhere...Welcome back to the real world! And I don't want to see anyone until their tan starts to fade.

I love this title! I couldn't wait to get home and write about this one. Went to the mall today to do a little bit of shopping while the kids were gone. This is not breaking news to anyone but I thought about it alot today. Every store I went in the clothes are getting smaller and smaller and smaller. (or maybe I am getting bigger, bigger and bigger?) . A size XL is looking more and more like what a size small should look like. Don't even get me started on pant sizes! They even make size 00! I mean...if you don't already feel bad enough going in these stores, you can't even buy anything unless you are like around 8years old. In Hollywood, they say that anything over a size 2 is almost unheard of. They would call you "heavy" if you were a size 4 or above. So is a size 6 and above considered "plus" size? Come on! No wonder everyone is considering some form of an eating disorder! Or maybe they can start with size 6 Husky! OH! Then they put the word "slim" after some of the sizes. So if you are already a size 2 why would they put slim after that? Don't we already know that if you are a size 2 to begin with that you are slim? You don't ever see Size 2 Husky. Just giving you something to think about. O.k. now I have an example that happened to me today...
Ran in Calvin Klein today and they had some tshirts on sale. So I thought...well I better be safe than sorry and try it on. So I grabbed a large because it looked like a medium maybe. Try it on and it fits but it was all cotton so I asked the salesperson if they had an XL in it. They said, "An XL in womens?" I said, "Yes". She then said, "Oh we don't carry XL things in womens. We only go up to a Large." I am surprised that they didn't just send me over to the Motherhood store.

Misprint

Please excuse my first misprint on my blog. I had the word "not" twice in one sentence. It should have read, "Marc Anthony is not too hot." Please forgive me.

Camera defect

My new camera is defective! It won't take pictures! I am so aggravated! So I am taking it back and getting a new one. Now why in the world would I get the one camera that won't take pictures?

Max and Emme

You know sometimes I wonder why celebrities are always on the latest cover of People, US Weekly, In Touch, etc. showing off their babies... like they are the only people that has ever given birth! We are supposed to be jumping up and down and thinking "Wow, that is amazing that they pushed those babies out!" People do it everyday but why aren't we on the cover of People? Why did they name their magazine People anyway? We are all people. Maybe they need a separate magazine that is called "Celebrities and their Babies". What do you think? Anyway this Friday Jennifer Lopez is on the cover with her cute little twins, Max and Emme. I must say..they are pretty babies. I think J. Lo is gorgeous...but not Marc Anthony is not too hot. Anyway...here is a sneak preview...

Day 5 of Spring Break '08

Wow! It is day five of Spring Break '08. I love saying that. Spring Break '08. I bet you are saying it in your head right now too. Caught ya.
What to do today? So many options. Stay in and watch the rain. Stay in the garage and watch the rain. Get in the car and watch the rain. Decisions. Decisions. Decisions.
I hope everyone who actually went somewhere warm is burnt to a crisp and layering themselves with aloe vera gel. I know that is not very nice to say but there is a "little" part of me that really wishes that. I am just being honest.

I bought a new camera and I am so excited to get outside and use it but it won't stop raining! The paparazzi is calling and I can't get out there to get some good snapshots. If it is nice Thursday and Friday then watch out and make sure you have your best outfit on. I would hate for you to be listed under the "What not to wear!"

Beauty Sleep

I didn't get enough of that last night. I kept waking up and going to the kitchen to get a snack. Of course I regret it this morning. Cole is getting plenty of beauty rest. It is 9:45 a.m. and he is still sleeping. I am NOT complaining though. I guess that is why I am able to be on the computer. Calvin is even being really good and watching tv. He has already dusted and vacuumed for me this morning! He really wants something! HA

There is a new coffee in town!

What do you think of this brown text color? Not my favorite but since we are talking about coffee I thought it was appropriate. Starbucks has some new flavors and I tried one yesterday. (Dana I haven't been there in forever!) HONEY LATTE!!! It is very good. So go out and get ya one. Tell them that Jill sent you. :)

Checks in the mail

You know what my favorite part of doing this blog is????? It is coming up with the title. Sometimes I have to really think about what I want to title it and sometimes I come up with a title first and then write something about it. Does that make sense? I also act like someone is reading this blog. I am probably just writing this to myself and so who really cares what I title it? Anyway...for now I will pretend that someone will read this. I have a question for you. Do you order checks that are fun and girly or do you order plain old boring checks? I like the fun girly ones and Dana doesn't like it. He wants plain boring checks that I guess are "man checks". So let me know what you think.

Halle Berry gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday! The name is unknown yet.

Woke up this morning to find our house covered with ants. I love that! Terminix was here yesterday to spray and then they all came out today. I just love ants anyway...and then I get to spend the whole morning cleaning them up. Well my morning actually gets better... Cole gets up and wants to play with Calvin. BUT GUESS WHAT? Calvin doesn't want to play with Cole! Cole just wants to be Calvin's neighbor. All he wants to do is live by his big brother. "Why can't I be your neighbor Calvin?" MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Calvin won't be my neighbor!" MOM!!!!!!!!!! "I don't want to be Cole's neighbor!" It's only Tuesday.

Great news!!! Justin Timberlake is coming out with a new single! Bad news!!! It is with Madonna. Madonna is not my favorite singer and I think I know what has happened here. First of all, she doesn't want to get or look any older...that is why she keeps getting botox. Then she can't think of anything else to sing about so she knew she needed help. Well if you are wanting to make a comeback or whatever...you give J.T. a ring. BAM! You got yourself a #1 hit. It's as easy as that. Anything that Justin sings or helps put together is going to work.

Indianapolis Snobs

The definintion of a snob is One who tends to patronize, rebuff, or ignore people regarded as social inferiors and imitate, admire, or seek association with people regarded as social superiors.
I went to Indy yesterday to get my hair cut and ran into a whole bunch of snobs. They are everywhere! In their cars, in the malls, even in the gas stations! They tend to wear alot black, carry designer purses, wear heels with their jeans, have not one hair out of place, and they are usually in groups of two. This is just a Warning for all of you out there traveling north. No matter if you wear all of this and try to be one of them....they know you are not. They have a sense of smell that we don't have. They will find you!

Spring Break '08

Yellow is for sunshine. Blue is for the ocean. Tan is for the color of sand. Red is for my new hot bikini. Oh wait a minute....we aren't going anywhere!

Well now I am in a bad mood! It has only been about an hour and I am already over Spring Break. I guess I will sit her as usual and do nothing. Well except referee my children's fights. Should be a total blast! I mean...two years ago we went to Jamaica and last year we went to Florida...but nothing beats staying at home.

McDonald's granny

Boy I hope I didn't get granny fired from McDonald's. Cole and I went through this morning and she wasn't working. Maybe she just had the day off and went to a wild and crazy concert!

We love Sonic over here and just wanted to give you a heads up on something. Whatever you do...do not place the Sonic bag on your lap! The grease comes through the bottom and it will stain your clothes! Been there...done that.

Tax has a whole new meaning

Paparazzi was out and got this great pictue of the Liberty Tax Lady! As I was driving, I snapped away. I think she was wondering why she was getting her picture taken. Oh well...when you are dressed like that everyday and stand outside and dance...nothing should surprise her.

The latest twang

O.k. I know I am not 20 years old anymore but I still like to keep up with all the new "terminology". The latest one I hear alot is "SICK"! "Sick" if you were wandering is something good. So for instant if I pulled up in your driveway with a brand new Mercedes...you might come out and say, "Wow! That's sick!". My boy, Ryan Sheckler, uses that term all the time! If you want my opinion....he is totally sick!!!!!

I am picking this cool green tonight to write my next blog. Sometimes the color and the font that you select will keep your readers more interested. I had a request from someone that I don't use that dark blue anymore. He/She said they couldn't read it very well. Also had a request to announce that the Dairy Queen is officially open! I am watching on Mtv... America's Best New Dance Crew!!! I love that show! They are down to the last four groups. My fav is Break Skate!!! They dance on their roller skates. It's awesome! The group is from Kokomo, IN! That place sounds familiar...I think I have a friend from there. :) Check it out sometime. One of the guys I think is an old boyfriend of my friend.

Calvin is having his Easter party tomorrow so I have been out shopping and trying to get stuff ready for it. Of course, I just couldn't go out and buy some cookies and punch. I had to go all out! I am taking eggs in, cupcakes, Easter plates, napkins, cups...plus I printed out this neat coloring page and made a book out of it. I am also bringing an Easter bingo game and another game and some cool treat bags.

Thought I better use red for my text color on this blog! I am soooo excited! I am getting lots more comments and then other people are commenting on their comments! It is getting good! Dana is home!

Welcome home Dana/Dad!!! We missed you so much! We missed your frown, we missed your wonderful sense of humor, we missed you taking out the trash, etc. etc. JUST KIDDING!!!!!!! On flight

Well this is probably my last blog for the night. I know. I know. All of you out there reading this are so sad...but don't cry...I will be back with more exciting things tomorrow! Dana is on an airplane right now on his way home from Arizona. Supposedly he had to go out there for "meetings". No, just teasing. He did have to go out there for meetings and I was kinda feeling bad for him until I saw where he was staying! Nobody told me it was really warm there and no one told me that they had a LAZY RIVER!!!! and waterslides, etc. Bummer. I think next year I should be a supportive wife and go with him...you know...just to keep him company. That way when he is in all these meetings then I will be "supporting" him while I am lounging on the lazy river. I am so thoughtful....don't ya think?

Oh one more thing...

I am going to try to figure out how to post some pictures too. Keep checking back you mysterious couple out there...Who knows....you may even be in one of the pictures!

Oh my goodness! I am sooooo excited over my comments! I even chose a different font to type with and a bright sunshine yellow for my color! So mysterious....wonder who is out there reading my blog? I bet it's Justin Timberlake (sorry...I had to change the color to red when I wrote Justin's name...HOT fire red). I'm sure that the granny at McDonald's is Justin's grandma....they have so much in common.
Oh and the ice cream that I ate is by Edy's and it is 1/2 the fat and 1/2 the sugar of regular ice cream. BUT...when you eat the whole container I don't think that it really matters anymore.
Hmmm....about the shoes.....the shoe shopping trip was just for the kids...not me. (Only because the day before I bought my own.!!!) HA

So many shows...so little time

Well it is Wednesday night and there are so many good shows on! Deal or No Deal... America's Next Top Model... American Idol... Wife Swap... I don't even know why I try to watch any of these cause I know I will end up watching SpongeBob Squarepants.

Shame on me

I tried really hard to eat good last night ...and I did! Well...until about 11:00 p.m. and then I ate a bowl of ice cream. :(

Just wondering

I'm back! I know today is my first real day of having the blog, so I don't want to give out too much information or talk about everything that I really want to talk about. So I need to be patient and save some of this info for later....(like probably tomorrow!) cause I know I won't be able to keep it inside for too long! HA



Anyway, last night Karmen was asking me why I named the blog " Just Jill " and so I thought maybe you guys might want to know too???? Or maybe you don't want to know?? Or maybe you could care less why I named it that? Or maybe nobody is even reading this, so then what does it really matter what I named it??? Well just in case someone actually does read this and they do care why I named it "Just Jill" ...let me give you the reason.

Since the blog really is about me talking about nothing....and it just strictly my opinions on things...that's how I came up with it. I really wanted something more "catchy"...maybe even a little classy....or maybe something totally fabulous ...well it just wasn't me. It's Just Jill. Just Jill telling you things that you could care less about. Just Jill giving a little insight on things. Just Jill.

I just had to write about my morning trips to McDonald's. We (Cole and I) don't go every morning but we do go quite a bit. The lady that takes our order every time might as well be a robot. She has the same tone in her voice everyday...no matter what she says. If you go through McDonald's drive thru in the mornings during the week...I bet you know exactly what I mean! I hope this isn't someone's grandma that I know. If so..I am sorry. I am sure she is very nice and very lovable but it makes me laugh each time. I bet when she plays Monopoly she gets wild and out-of-control!

The first day of my blog!!! Just Jill has arrived!

Oh my goodness! I am so excited! I have wanted to do this for a long time but didn't really know how to go about it. My first idea was to write my own article in the newspaper...complete with paparazzi pictures (yes, taken by me) of our own "celebrities" here in Seymour...and also lots of good topics. Not anything serious of course! Just things like reality shows, Hot Topics on the View, and I MUST always comment on who is on the cover of People and US Weekly! Which by the way ...are two of my favorite magazines! So I am trying this FREE blog out to see what happens. Maybe nobody will ever read anything that I say, but I love to write it down. ..Or just maybe it will turn into something spectacular and I might be one of the "celebrities" in town! Well, o.k...maybe I am getting way ahead of myself here. I tend to do that with everything that I start. Dana, my husband, says I start lots of projects and sometimes don't always finish them. Oh well...maybe this is my calling...at least for this month. I hate it when he is right!
